Very nice Swiss Edging is 1/2" wide making it perfect to finish Heirloom Hems. I used it on the hem of the Fancy View of Toddler Summer Dresses. Entredeux is the French word for "Between Two". This is the term used for a fine, narrow Swiss trim that is often used to join fabrics or laces. It can be used to join fabric to lace, fabric to fabric or lace to lace. It creates a delicate look wherever it is used and adds stability to your garment. The Entredeux has fabric selvages on either side.

Many Swiss Edgings have Entredeux on one side, which adds to the elegance of the Edging and ease of stitching.
