We guarantee we will correct any shipping error and replace any defective item that is inadvertently sent to you. Copyright items such as books and patterns as well as cut fabrics, trims, laces..etc. are never returnable unless flawed, including Kits. Antique Button cards are often one of a kind and collectors items and as a rule are not returnable. Colors on this website are well represented and the image I see on my computer is like the actual item, but allowing for variations on computor screens, the color may be different than what you see so we can not guarantee the color. Any item that is accepted for return will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee unless it is our error.
